Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

An easy recipe that is perfect for skirt steak!

Our skirt steak is known for having intense flavor.  Skirt steak is very versatile but not everyone knows what to do with it. It is the first choice for fajitas and is great in asian inspired stir-fry but we wanted to provide another option:

Philly Cheese Steak Sliders


1 Pack of our skirt steak, thinly sliced

1 Pack Kings Hawaiian rolls

1 Yellow onion sliced 

1 green pepper sliced 

2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

Provolone cheese

Pinch of salt, pepper

A little mayo

2 tbsp butter melted


  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Put steak, peppers, onion in a large skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on medium to medium high heat about 10 mins, add worchestershire and remove from heat
  4. Slice entire pack of rolls in half, coat one side with mayo and thin layer of cheese, put the steak and onioms on top of the cheese and layer it with more cheese
  5. Place the bread on top and butter it
  6. Bake until bread begins to brown, about 20 mins

Then enjoy the pull-apart, cheesey and tender sliders
